The project
A backyard pool that had sat unused long enough to turn green, brought back as the center of the yard. The renovation was designed first — the homeowner approved a 3D rendering before any work began — then delivered: new tile and coping, a stamped concrete deck, a cedar privacy fence around the yard, and a rock waterfall built into the corner.

Designed before built
