A backyard pool that had sat unused long enough to turn green, brought back as the center of the yard. The renovation was designed first — the homeowner approved a 3D rendering before any work began — then delivered: new tile and coping, a stamped concrete deck, a cedar privacy fence around the yard, and a rock waterfall built into the corner.

The starting point
The pool held green water and the surrounding deck had failed. Everything around the shell — surfaces, drainage, fencing — needed replacement before the yard could be used again.
Designed before built
The renovation was modeled in 3D and approved by the homeowner before construction. What was built matches the rendering — the same deck pattern, fence line, and waterfall placement.
The build
New pool tile and coping, a stamped concrete deck poured and finished in place, a cedar privacy fence around the yard, and a natural rock waterfall plumbed into the pool circulation.
