DWV Construction, LLC is a residential remodeling contractor based in Portland, Oregon, licensed in Oregon under CCB #208048 and in Washington under WA L&I #DWVCOCL7540W. This policy covers dwvconstruction.com, the quote form and chat on it, and the lead forms that appear inside our Google ads.

When you request a quote through the form or the chat on this site, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the type of project, where the project stands, any notes you add, and a site walk time if you choose one.

When you submit a lead form inside one of our Google ads, Google sends us the answers you entered there. Those are typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the service you selected.

When you call, text, or email us, we keep what you share so that we can respond.

This site runs its own visit measurement. It records the pages viewed, how far a page was scrolled, time spent, buttons tapped, ZIP codes entered in the service area check, the site that referred you, your device type, and the approximate city and region reported by our hosting provider. It sets no cookies, and our records do not include your IP address. A random identifier is kept in your browser for the length of your visit so that one visit is counted once, a marker notes a return visit, and the chat saves your progress on your own device.

The site also loads the Google Ads tag. Google may set cookies and read the click identifier attached to an ad so that it can report when a visit from an ad leads to a form submission or a phone call. Fonts on this site are served by Fontshare, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the font files.

We use your information to return your call, answer your questions, schedule a site walk, prepare a written proposal, and carry out and warranty the work you hire us to do. We use visit measurement to learn which pages and ads bring inquiries and to keep automated traffic out of our numbers.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry or your project.

If you give us a phone number, Don or a member of the DWV team will call or text you about your project. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not share phone numbers or text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing. Ask us to stop at any time and we will.

We share information only with the companies that help us run this site and respond to you. Cloudflare hosts the site and its database. Resend delivers the email that carries your request to us and the confirmation sent to you. Google provides our advertising and the lead forms inside our ads. The agency that maintains this site and our advertising can see inquiry records in order to do that work.

When you hire us, we share the details needed to complete your project with the permit office and with the trade partners working on your home. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

Detailed page activity is deleted after about 200 days. The visit summaries that remain contain no names or contact details. Inquiries and project records are kept as business records for as long as we may need them to serve you and to honor our warranty. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by calling (503) 805-5762 or by sending a note through the quote form. We honor these requests wherever you live. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

This site is meant for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
