Yes. Oregon CCB #208048, with general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage active on every project. Certificates of insurance are provided prior to contract execution upon request.

Manufacturer warranties for cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures pass through to the homeowner; the relevant documentation is delivered at project closeout. Yes. Don is on site daily for the duration of the build phase. The homeowner has Don's direct mobile number from project initiation; daily site walks and progress reviews are conducted by Don personally rather than delegated to a project manager.
